We operate out of 599 18/A3 in Kalayarkoil. It’s right behind the Jeba Thottam area in K K Nagar. The shop isn't hard to find once you get into the lane, but sometimes people miss the turn-off if they’re driving too fast. I spend a lot of my day checking the stock and writing down what needs to be ordered for next week. Sri Senthil Agency has been my main focus for a long time now. The building is simple, nothing fancy to look at, but it stays cool enough when the sun is beating down outside. There’s a small tree out front where the delivery guys usually park their bikes in the shade. It gets dusty being near the main road, so I’m always wiping down the counters. Most of our neighbors are regulars who stop by to chat for a minute. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us making sure orders go out on time. I like the routine of it. Opening the shutters in the morning and seeing the sun hit the street is how every day starts. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet for hours. That’s just how it goes here. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. Just a local agency doing what we do. It’s a quiet life but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We try to keep things moving along without making any big mistakes.
