Our shop is right on Vilacheri Main Road, No. 127/2. If you know where the Iyyappan Temple is, we are just across from it. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows the temple. We focus on textile parts. Basically, if a machine in a mill breaks down, they come to us to see if we have the spare part or if we can get it. It’s a lot of metal, grease, and shelves full of boxes. We don't have a showroom. It’s more of a warehouse feel where you have to know what you’re looking for. The guys here know their stuff when it comes to the technical side. They can tell you which bolt goes where just by looking at it. We’ve been here for quite some time now. We aren't fancy people. We wear work clothes and our hands are usually a bit dirty from handling the inventory. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. People find us because they need a part and someone told them we might have it. It’s a simple business. We open early, we drink a lot of coffee, and we sort through parts. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with deliveries coming in, but we find what people need eventually. It's just a regular part of the local industry here and we plan to stay that way for a long time without making things complicated.
