Our office for Secutrax Pvt. Ltd. is on the second floor of Lakshmi Complex at No.1. If you know where Guru Theaters is in Arapalayam, we are right nearby. It’s a very busy area with a lot of noise coming up from the street, but it works for us. We deal with tracking and security stuff every day. Most of our time is spent looking at screens or talking to people about their vehicles and what they need to keep an eye on. Being at No.1 Lakshmi Complex means we see a lot of people coming and going all day long. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but you get used to them after a few trips. It’s not a huge place, just a workspace where we get things done. We’ve been in Arapalayam for a bit now. It’s a good spot because people can find us easily after they finish their work or catch a movie at the theater. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people hearing about us from their friends or family. Managing security tech is basically about making sure things work when they are supposed to. Sometimes the internet acts up, or a customer has a question that takes a while to explain. We just try to stay on top of things as best as we can. It’s just me and a small team here. We keep it simple and focus on the technical side of things.
