Mano Id Cards

You can find Mano Id Cards over at 7/2, Manmathan Kovil Street in Thirumangalam. The street is usually quiet, though you get the occasional bike or cart passing through. It’s a small shop where we mostly focus on making ID cards for people. We have the plastic card printers and the cameras set up in one corner. The space is a bit tight, but it works for what we need to do. Thirumangalam is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, so we get a lot of locals dropping in just to say hello. The Manmathan Kovil Street has its own charm, being an older part of town. We spend the day taking photos, typing in names, and laminating the cards so they last. Sometimes the printer jams and it takes a while to get it going again, which can be frustrating. We keep rolls of different colored lanyards hanging on the wall. It’s a very simple setup. We don't really do much advertising; people just know we are here on the street. It’s been our daily routine for a long time. The morning starts with sweeping the front and turning on the machines. By evening, we’re usually just cleaning up the plastic scraps. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy in this little corner of the town. There isn't much more to it than that, just cards and simple service.
