We're located on the first floor of Raj Krishna Plaza. It’s a busy building with a lot of people coming and going. We handle various administrative and consulting tasks for local businesses. It’s mostly desk work—filling out forms, checking records, and helping people with their paperwork. The office isn't very large, just a couple of desks and some filing cabinets that are getting a bit too full. We aren't those high-end consultants you see on TV. We're just regular people trying to help other regular people get their documents in order. Sometimes it gets stressful when deadlines are tight, but we manage. I’ve lived in this area most of my life, so I know a lot of the clients personally. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The plaza is right in the middle of everything, which is nice for when we need to run errands. It’s not a fancy setup. We have a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. We don't use much jargon because we think things should be explained simply. If someone has a problem with their paperwork, they just walk in and we see what we can do. It’s a steady job and it keeps us connected to the community. We've been at number 48 for a few years now and it feels like home. We don't have a secretary, so we just answer the phones ourselves when we can. It’s just how we run things here.
