You can find us at 64 South Car Street in Thirunagar. It's a familiar spot for anyone who lives around here. The building is one of those older structures with a heavy door and windows that stick sometimes. We've been operating out of this space for a long time. It’s not a very big shop, but we make use of every inch of space we have. There are boxes stacked up in the corners and files on the desks. We don't use much technology. A ledger and a pen usually do the job for us. The street outside is usually busy with people heading to the temple or the market. We see a lot of the same people every day. It’s a quiet kind of work most of the time. Sometimes we have a cup of tea with a customer while we sort out their order. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and do what needs doing. The fan overhead wobbles a bit, but it keeps the air moving. This street is where we belong. It’s just us, doing our thing, day in and day out. When the festival season comes, the street gets so packed we can barely open the door. We just watch the crowds go by.
