Nagaa Spices

Nagaa Spices is right at No : 1 on East Raja Street. We are very close to the Park Bus Stop, so there are always people walking past our door. Theni Dist is a good place to be for this kind of work. The weather can be quite humid, but we are used to it. Our shop is easy to find. We have a few benches where people sometimes sit while they wait for their bus. We spend our time sorting through different spices and getting them ready. It’s not a very big operation. Just a few of us working here every day. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the people who stop by because they are in the neighborhood. The floor is made of old tiles and we have a small desk where we handle the money. Sometimes we talk to the bus drivers when they have a break. It’s a very local way of living. We see the same faces every morning and every evening. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide what we have from our spot on East Raja Street. The building is old but it serves us well. We keep the doors open to let the breeze in, even if it brings in a bit of dust from the road. It’s just how we run things here.
