Our business is located at 304 Spk Road in Chinnamanur. Dera Need Spices Food is pretty much what the name says. We spend our entire day around different spices and food products. The scent of the spices is very strong and it usually stays on our clothes even after we leave for the day. We are not a big factory with automated machines doing all the work. A lot of what happens here involves us manually sorting through items and packing them into bags. It is a bit of a dusty job, but we are used to it by now. The building sits right on the main road, so we hear the constant sound of trucks and buses passing by. Sometimes it gets so loud that we have to wait for a vehicle to pass before we can finish a conversation. We have a small team here and everyone knows how to do every job. There are no fancy titles or long meetings in our office. We just look at what needs to get done each morning and we start working on it. If a shipment is late, we just sit and wait for it to show up. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We do not use any marketing language to describe what we do. We just provide food items to the people who need them. The shop is a simple, working space.
