K. S. V. C. P. Balan

K. S. V. C. P. Balan is tucked away in Doak Nagar Extension. If you are looking for us, we are on the 2nd floor of M.P.S. Cottage, right at 24/72 on 13 Cross. It’s a bit of a climb up those stairs, but it’s quieter once you get inside. This part of the neighborhood is mostly houses and small offices, so it doesn't feel like a big industrial park. I spend a lot of my time at the desk, looking through files and taking calls. The building is older, but it serves us well enough for what we do. Down on the street, people are always coming and going. Sometimes the sun hits the balcony just right in the evening, which is a nice break from the work. We keep things pretty simple here. There aren't any big signs or bright lights. Most of our neighbors know us just by being around for years. 13 Cross can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the extension, but once you see the cottage, you know you're there. It is just a small operation. We handle the day-to-day tasks as they come. There is always a stack of things to get through, and some days are busier than others. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that, just some chairs and the work we have to do. That's the way it's always been for us here, just getting things done without a lot of noise.
