Our place is located at No. 3b/2 on the C3-C3 Road in Balarengapuram. It’s a lively area, and we have a small office and storage space where we handle all our export business. We work with a variety of products, trying to get them from the local suppliers to buyers who are far away. A lot of our time is spent checking the items before they get packed into crates. The humidity here can be a bit of a challenge, especially when we are trying to keep everything in good condition. We don't have any big marketing budgets or fancy websites; we mostly just talk to people and build our connections that way. The office is pretty basic, with just some old desks and a few computers that have seen better days. We handle most of the tasks ourselves, from the initial sourcing to the final shipping arrangements. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication, and sometimes things get delayed at the docks, which can be frustrating. We just try to stay honest about the timelines and do our best to keep things moving. Balarengapuram has been a good home for us, and we know most of the people on our street. It’s just a regular business run by regular people who know the trade well. We try to be practical and just keep the shipments going out as promised without any unnecessary delays.
