Ponraj International Agriculture Products Exports

Our office is at Door No. 208, Vivekanandapuri 2nd Street in Bethaniapuram. That’s where Ponraj International Agriculture Products Exports is based. It’s a residential-looking street, so we try not to make too much noise, though when the trucks arrive, it’s hard to stay completely quiet. We deal with all sorts of agricultural products that are meant for international markets. It sounds like a big operation, but we are just a small team working out of this building. Most of our day is spent checking the quality of the produce and making sure the paperwork for the exports is all in order. There are a lot of rules to follow when sending food products abroad, so we have to be careful. The office is usually a bit cluttered with samples of grains or spices, and there is always a pot of tea on for whoever stops by. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just want to make sure the products leaving Bethaniapuram are good enough for people to eat. It’s a lot of coordination with farmers and shipping agents. We've been on 2nd Street for a good while, and we like the neighborhood. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We just do the work and hope for a good season. That’s really all there is to it for us.
