Our office is located at No. 9/25 on Elango Street, which is inside the RMS Colony in E Pudur. It is a decent residential area where things are mostly quiet, except for the usual morning and evening rush. We have set up our workspace here at Baimass Technologies Private Limited to be as functional as possible without any unnecessary extras. It is basically a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of cables running along the walls. We are not a company that spends a lot on decorations or expensive office furniture. Instead, we focus on the work we have in front of us and making sure we stay on top of our daily tasks. The team is a small group of people who have gotten to know each other well over the months. We share the space, share the work, and occasionally share some snacks when someone brings something from home. There is a small window that looks out onto the street, and it is nice to see the trees and the neighbors passing by while we are working. We don't have a big HR department or complicated rules; we just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home. It is a very grounded way of running a business, and it works for us. Working in E Pudur has its own charm, and we are happy to be tucked away in this corner.
