Annachi Vilas Food Products Private Limited is located at 4/826, Siddhi Vinayagar Koil Street in Thasildar Nagar, Madurai. Our city is famous for its food, and we are just one small part of that tradition. We make various food products right here in our facility. It’s not a high-tech factory by any means. It’s more of a place where people use their hands to get things ready. We started this business because we wanted to do something local and stay in Madurai. The building is on a street that has a lot of character. We know all the people who live nearby. Our daily routine involves a lot of weighing, mixing, and packing. It gets very hot in Madurai during the summer, so we have a lot of fans running to keep everyone comfortable. We don't have any big goals of becoming a global brand. We are happy just serving the people in our region. Sometimes we run into problems with the packaging machines or the supplies are late, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't corporate people; we are just workers who know the food business. We have a few desks for the office work, but most of the action happens in the back where the products are made. We’ve been here for a while now and we plan to stay as long as people still want what we make.
