Our place is at Plot No 7&8, which is inside the New Kurinji Residency area in East Anna Nagar. We are quite close to the Annamalaiyar School, so during the day, you can hear the kids playing and the teachers shouting through the windows. It’s a busy little neighborhood. Our workspace is basically two plots that have been joined together. It’s not a fancy office or a showroom with glass doors. It’s more of a practical space with shelves and some old desks we’ve had for years. The floor is a bit uneven in places, and the paint is peeling a little near the ceiling. We don’t really worry about that too much because we are too busy with the daily tasks. We open up the shutters early in the morning and let the air in. There is a lot of traffic on the road outside, especially when school starts and ends, so it can be a bit loud. We don't have a marketing team or a set of company values printed on the walls. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home in the evening. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to talk much to know what the other person is doing. We keep a big water cooler in the corner and a stack of old newspapers on the table. It’s just a regular local business.
