New Telecom Center

You can find New Telecom Center over in Surat Gunj, right near the Head Post Office in Ward No. 17. Being so close to the post office means there is always a crowd nearby. People are always coming in to get their phones sorted out while they are out doing their regular errands. Madhuni is a busy place and our little corner of it is no different. We handle a lot of mobile repairs and recharges every single day. It is a small shop and we have been here for a good amount of time. We see the same faces every week, mostly neighbors from Surat Gunj. We do not have any corporate training or anything like that. We just learned how to fix phones by doing it ourselves. The shop is filled with cables and old phone parts. It is not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes things feel a bit slow, but we stay open for the evening rush when people finish work. People stop by to chat as much as they do to buy things. We are just a part of the local scenery in Ward 17. If you need a screen fixed or just a new SIM card, we are usually around to help. It is just a simple telecom shop in a busy part of town. We do our best to help everyone who walks through the door with a broken phone.
