Our office for Analogas Rtc Training Private Limited is in Simri Village. We are located at Bhogendra Sharma’s house in the Simari West Panchsimri area. This is in the Bisfi Block of Madhubani. It’s a very traditional part of Bihar. We do our training work right here among the local houses. It’s a bit of a walk from the main transport links, but the walk is nice when the weather is clear. We’ve got a couple of rooms set up for the training sessions. It’s basic, just chairs and some boards on the walls. We don't have any flashy signs or billboards. Most people find us through word of mouth. We keep the place running as best as we can. Sometimes the goats from the neighbor's yard wander near the door. It makes for a lively atmosphere. We aren't a huge training center, just a local one. Madhubani is famous for its art, but we focus on the technical side of things here. We spend our mornings setting up and our evenings cleaning up. It’s hard work, but it’s our own work. We talk to the trainees like regular people, not like a big boss. Life in Simri is slow, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the training. Everyone knows Bhogendra’s place, so finding us is usually quite easy.
