We are based in Madhepura, and our college has been a part of this community for quite some time now. It is a place for women to come and finish their higher studies without having to travel too far from home. The atmosphere is generally quite serious because the students here are focused on their exams and future careers. We have a set routine that we follow every day, starting from when the doors open in the morning. The building itself is straightforward, with classrooms, a small library, and some office space for the administrators. We don't have much in the way of frills, but we have what is necessary for a college to function. You will often see groups of girls standing in the hallways talking about their notes or waiting for the next lecture to start. The staff here mostly consists of people from the local area who understand the challenges our students face. We spend a lot of time dealing with admissions, exam forms, and just the general upkeep of the property. Madhepura is a place where people know each other, so the college feels like a small world of its own. We just aim to keep things running smoothly so the students can get their degrees and move on to whatever comes next in their lives. It is a lot of paper shuffling and schedule managing, but it is important for the town.
