You can find us at 10-C Bhadaur House, located inside Caliber Plaza. It is a well-known spot in the area, and we have been working from this particular office for quite some time now. Caliber Plaza is a big building with many different shops and offices, so there is always a lot of movement and noise in the hallways. Our space at 10-C is nothing too special, just a functional office where we can focus on property consulting without many distractions. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that are comfortable enough for a long day of work. The light coming through the windows isn't the best, but we have enough lamps to keep things bright. We spend our hours looking through listings and making sure all the paperwork is in order for the people we help. It is a lot of routine work, but we find it satisfying to be part of the local business community in Bhadaur House. Sometimes the elevators in the plaza are a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs more often than not. It’s a good way to stay active, I suppose. We don't try to act like we are some big-shot firm; we are just regular people working in a regular office. If you happen to be in Caliber Plaza, you might see us coming and going with our files.
