We’ve been over at 14 A Ludhiana Rishi Nagar for a while now. Running Vikas Property Dealer isn't always easy, but it keeps us busy every day. Some days are quiet and other days the phone won't stop ringing for hours. We handle the paperwork and show houses whenever someone asks us to. It's mostly about knowing who is moving where in the local area. We’ve lived in Ludhiana a long time so we know the shortcuts and the quiet spots that aren't on the main maps. It's just a regular local business. We keep our files in order and try to remember everyone's name who walks through the door. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, but that's just how it is in this part of town. If you are near 14 A, you'll see our small sign. We usually have some tea going for anyone who stops by. It's not a big corporate operation, just a few of us making a living. We help with rentals or sales when people need a hand with the local rules and regulations. Most of our work comes from people just dropping in to chat about what's available. It works out fine for us and the people in the neighborhood who need some help.
