Venus Real Estate

Venus Real Estate is situated right on Firozpur Road in the Sukhdev Nagar area. We are pretty easy to find since we are located on Barewal Road, right across from where the old Octroi Post used to be. This part of town has a lot of movement, and we have been a part of it for a long time. Our office is not anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular place where we show up and get our work finished. We spend most of our time dealing with the locals and checking out various properties around Sukhdev Nagar. It involves a lot of driving around and meeting people at different sites throughout the day. We are not the type of people to wear expensive suits or use big, complicated words. We just talk like regular people because that is who we are. Some days the phones stay quiet and we just catch up on our filing and paperwork. Other days, it is a total mess with people coming and going constantly. We do not really mind either way. Being near the Octroi Post means we see everyone coming into this side of the city. It is a good spot for a business like ours. We have learned a lot about the land and the buildings around here just by being present every day. We do not have a marketing team. It is just us and our experience.
