Veer Ji Property Advisor

Over here at Salem Tabri 62/64, we have been doing property stuff for quite some time. Veer Ji Property Advisor is basically just me and a couple of guys helping folks figure out where to move or what land to buy. Salem Tabri is a busy place, and our spot at 62/64 is right in the thick of it. You can hear the bikes and the street noise all day long. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls; it is just a room where we can sit and talk. Sometimes we share a tea with whoever walks in to ask about prices. The market goes up and down, and we just try to keep track of it so we can give decent advice. Most of our work comes from neighbors and people who have known us for years. We handle a lot of local stuff, small plots or shops mostly. It is not always easy, especially when the weather is bad or the paperwork gets stuck in some office. But we stay at it. I think people like coming here because we don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know this neighborhood really well. If you walk past 62/64, you will probably see us sitting there. It is a practical business, and we just take it one day at a time, helping out where we can.
