Usha Real Solution

Our office is at number 378 in the Pu-4 Commercial area, which is part of Scheme No. 54 in Vijay Nagar. It is right off A.B. Road, so it is pretty easy to find if you know Indore at all. Usha Real Solution is basically just us trying to help people figure out the property market around here. Vijay Nagar has grown so much lately that it is hard to keep up sometimes. We deal with shops, flats, and the occasional bit of land. It is a lot of walking around and showing people properties in the afternoon heat. We do not have any fancy brochures, just the lists we keep and the knowledge we have picked up over the years. Some days we spend more time talking to the neighbors than actually selling anything, but that is how you learn what is going on. We try to be honest about the problems a place might have, like if the plumbing is old or if the noise from A.B. Road gets too loud at night. It is better that way so people do not get a surprise later. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the road construction nearby, but we keep the fan going and try to stay comfortable. We are not trying to be the biggest agency, just a reliable one where people can get a straight answer about their housing questions.
