The Property Hub

The Property Hub is located right in Raj Guru Nagar. We have been here for a while now, just working out of this small office. It is not a fancy place, mostly just some desks and a lot of paper stacks. People from around the neighborhood stop by to ask about houses or if any land is for sale nearby. We don't have any big corporate backing or a massive marketing budget. It is just a few of us who know the area well. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and walking around to look at different sites. Raj Guru Nagar has changed a bit since we started, but we stayed in the same spot. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but it still works. We do not use any complicated talk or sales pitches here. If you want to know about a property, we just tell you what the situation is. It is a simple way of doing business. We keep our files in old cabinets and mostly write things down by hand before putting them in the computer. A lot of our work comes from folks who live a few streets away. They know us and we know them. It is a quiet existence but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We like being part of the local scene. It feels right to be here. I think we will stay for a long while.
