Takkar Real Estate

Our office is right at 11 Model Town Extension, just across from the Krishna Mandir. It’s a good landmark because everyone around here knows where the temple is. Takkar Real Estate has been sitting at this spot for quite a while now. We aren't some big chain company with offices in every city across the country. It’s just this one spot for us. We see a lot of people coming and going from the Mandir, which makes the street feel lively and busy most of the time. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some maps pinned to the wall and a couple of old computers that we use for the listings. We mostly handle local things around Model Town. It’s a nice area to work in, and we like being part of the community. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just talk to the people who walk in. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when a whole family comes in to talk about a house they want to see, but we manage to find everyone a seat. We’ve seen the kids in this neighborhood grow up and eventually start looking for their own places to stay. It makes you feel old, but it’s good to see familiar faces. We just try to be helpful when someone is looking for a new roof over their head. There's no pressure here. We just show what’s on the market and let people decide for themselves. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it works for us.
