Syal Property Dealer has been operating out of 1 Durga Puri in the Lokhandwala Market for a good while. We’re right opposite Sant Ishar Singh Nagar, so the location is pretty easy to find if you’re familiar with the Premium Apartment area. It’s a bit of a crowded market, but that’s where the action is. I’ve lived around here my whole life, so I know which streets get flooded when it rains and which buildings have better parking. We deal with buying and selling mostly, and some rentals too. It isn't a huge operation. Sometimes the office is a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we’re always here. We don't use those fancy apps for everything. A lot of our work is still done by talking to neighbors and keeping track of who is moving where. People come in looking for a home and we show them what’s available on our list. I try to be honest about the prices because they change so fast these days. It’s tough work sometimes, dealing with all the paperwork and the legal bits, but we get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city, just a reliable place for people in the neighborhood. Usually, there’s someone here from morning until late evening.
