Our shop, Surjeet Property Dealer, is situated near the railway line at Dhandari Kalan. If you know the Kodigehalli Gate on NH7, we are right there. It is a busy spot with the trains passing by and the highway traffic. I’ve lived in this area my whole life, so I know every corner of these lands. We deal mostly with plots and some commercial spaces near the road. A lot of people coming from outside look for land to build small houses or even for small businesses. It is a mix of agricultural land turning into residential spots. We don't have a big team or fancy computers. I usually meet people at the site itself or they come to my small cabin. We talk about the prices, the boundaries, and the local history of the land. It’s important to know who owned what before. I try to be very clear about the documents and the government markings. Sometimes the dust from the highway gets into everything, but that is just part of being here. We don't do big advertisements. Word of mouth is how we’ve stayed in business for years. People trust us because we tell them the truth about the land, even if it’s not what they want to hear. It’s a humble setup, but we get the job done for the locals and the newcomers alike. We just keep working hard and stay honest about what we see.
