Sukhmani Estate

We are located over at Model Town Extension. Specifically, you can find Sukhmani Estate at 37-38 on Nirankari Street 6. It is a pretty good spot because we are right opposite the Guru Gobind Singh Study Center, which makes it easy for people to find us. We have been working out of this same office for quite a while now. Dealing with property in Model Town keeps us pretty busy most days. The streets around here can be quiet one minute and then completely packed the next. We mostly handle the local housing stuff for families nearby. People come to us when they are looking to move closer to the center or if they need a bit more space for their kids. We do not do any fancy advertising or anything like that. Most folks just see our sign on Street 6 or they hear about us from a neighbor. It is a lot of paperwork and making sure all the titles and documents are clear, which takes up a lot of our time. We spend our afternoons visiting different sites or meeting people at their homes to talk things over. It is practical work and we like being out and about. We have seen the Extension grow a lot over the years with new shops and houses popping up all the time. We just try to stay on top of the local market.
