Style Cut Hair Soloon

Style Cut Hair Soloon is over at Shop Number 97 in New Lajpat Nagar. We are on the road that goes from Middha Chowk toward the Bus Stand. It is a very busy street so there is always the sound of traffic and horns outside our door. We have the usual barber setup with a few chairs and clippers. We mostly see the local men and boys from around Ludhiana who want a normal haircut. The shop is not very big but it is enough for what we do. We have some old posters on the walls and a TV that is usually on the news. We do shaves and trims and sometimes a head massage if the customer is feeling tired. The floor gets messy with hair pretty fast but we sweep it up when we get a break. It is just a basic neighborhood shop. You can just walk in and wait your turn. Sometimes we run out of clean towels if the laundry is slow, but we manage somehow. It is just us working here every day, making sure people look a bit better when they leave. We do not have a fancy website or anything like that. Most people just see the sign from the road and come in. We like the regular pace of the work and talking to the people from the area while we cut their hair. It is a simple life.
