We have been operating our business on the main road in Upkar Nagar for a good while now. The shop is right on Dr. Bindraban Road, which stays pretty busy with traffic and people all day long. Being situated opposite Mohini Restaurant really helps people find us without much trouble since everyone in this part of Ludhiana knows that place. Our shop is in Civil Lines, which is a nice enough spot for a local business. Inside, we just have our usual setup for hair and spa work. It is not a huge space by any means, but we make it work for the people who come in for a visit. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up when it is really hot outside, but we try to keep it cool enough for everyone. We mostly see the same faces every week, usually people living nearby or those who work in the local offices. It has become a bit of a routine for us over the years. We open up early in the morning and stay until the dinner crowd starts picking up at the restaurant across the street. The floor gets messy with hair pretty fast, so one of us is always busy with a broom. We have a few chairs and some wash basins in the back room. It is just a normal business running in a busy part of the city. Nothing too fancy, just some regular folks working hard every day.
