At Sparsh Aluminium Door & Windows, we are set up in New Shimlapuri, Ludhiana, right opposite the Old Police Chowki. It’s a handy location because Shilu Building Material Store is also nearby. We mainly deal with doors and windows made of aluminium. The shop is usually full of frames and glass panes. It gets pretty busy here. We do a lot of measuring and cutting. When someone needs a new window or a door for their shop or house, they come talk to us. We show them the different types of frames we have. Some are thicker, some are colored. We spend a lot of time out at people’s houses too, because you have to see the actual frame size before you start cutting the metal. Ludhiana is a city where people are always building something, so there's always work. We don’t have any big marketing team. People just find us by walking past or hearing from a neighbor. We keep our tools in good shape. Sometimes the glass breaks or the frame gets scratched, so we have to be careful. It’s a lot of manual work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make windows and doors that stay shut and keep the rain out. That’s the goal. We've been here for a while and the locals know where to find us. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just work with metal and glass all day long.
