Sound Micron India is tucked away at 7042 Kartar Nagar, specifically on the back side of A T I. It’s a bit of a quiet corner compared to the main roads around here. We’ve been here for a while now, working on various equipment and components. The name sounds a bit modern, but the way we work is pretty old school. We sit at our benches and focus on the details. It’s meticulous work, often involving small parts that are easy to lose if you aren't careful. We keep the lighting bright so we can see what we're doing. The shop is small and it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of inventory coming in at once. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the trade well. We spend most of our time concentrating on the tasks at hand. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s already evening before we've had a break. We don't do much talking when we're in the middle of a job. The neighborhood is mostly residential with a few small businesses like ours scattered around. It’s a good place to work because it’s not too distracting. People usually find us through a friend or by seeing our small sign. We don't bother with big marketing or brochures. We just make sure the work is done right the first time so people don't have to come back with the same problem later. It's just us.
