We are located over at 1105 Chandigarh Road, right in the Arpita Nagar area of Ellora Park. It is a place most people around here know pretty well. We have been working out of this spot for quite some time now, just handling the day-to-day things that come with running a property office. It isn’t a fancy setup or anything, just a desk, some chairs, and plenty of paperwork. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and checking what needs to be done. We see a lot of people walking by on Chandigarh Road since it gets busy during the day. Sometimes neighbors stop in just to say hello or ask about something happening on the street. It feels good to be part of Arpita Nagar. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them where we are. Dealing with properties can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the documents and legal bits, but we just take it one step at a time. The office at Ellora Park is where we stay busy, and it works for us. If you are ever around this part of town, you’ve probably seen the sign. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just trying to do the work right and keep things moving. It gets a bit dusty being near the main road, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood.
