Singla Sons Estate

We run Singla Sons Estate out of the Shubham Co Operative Housing Society. Our location is over on the Juhu Versova Link Road, specifically in the Dhandari Kalan area. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it is a solid place to be for us. We have got our setup here and we spend the day handling whatever comes our way regarding property in this neighborhood. Being on the Link Road means there is always something going on outside. The society itself is pretty quiet though, which is nice when we are trying to focus on paperwork or talk to a client. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a local operation here in Dhandari Kalan. We see a lot of the same faces around Juhu and Versova. People know us as the guys over at the Shubham society building. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office. It is mostly just filing cabinets and some maps on the wall. We think it is important to be where the people actually live, so being in a housing society works out well for us. Every day is different, some days are slow and others are a bit frantic with people coming and going. We just take it as it comes and try to be helpful to the neighbors and anyone else stopping by.
