You can find Singla Real Estates right on the main road in Firoze Gandhi Market. We are situated in New Sangvi, which is a pretty active area most days of the week. If you know where the L S E is, we are directly opposite that building. It is a convenient spot because people are always passing by on their way to the market. Our office isn't anything too flashy, just a practical space where we get our work done. We spend most of our time talking to people about local spots and what is available. The traffic out on the main road can be a lot sometimes, but that is just how it is around here. We have been set up in New Sangvi for a bit now and we like being near the market. It makes it easy for people to drop in while they are out running errands. We don't really do big presentations or anything like that. Usually, it is just sitting down with a cup of tea and looking at what needs to be sorted out. Being across from L S E helps people give directions to find us. We keep the doors open and try to stay busy with the local listings. It is a straightforward business and we don't try to make it more than it is.
