If you are looking for us, we are in Shivaji Nagar, specifically in New Shiva Nagar at Gali No 5. Our shop is on Nale Wali Road, which isn't the fanciest part of town, but it is where we belong. We have been dealing in local properties for a long time, mostly helping people find small houses or plots in these narrow lanes. It’s a tight-knit neighborhood, and news travels fast here. We don't use fancy computers or big advertising boards. Most of our work comes from people just walking down the street and seeing our sign. We know the families living in Gali No 5 and the other nearby streets, so we know who is thinking of moving or who needs to sell. It gets a bit noisy near the road, and sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but that’s just how it is. We try to be straight with everyone. If a plot has a boundary issue or the papers are old, we say it clearly. There is no use in making things sound better than they are because we live here too. We just help our neighbors and the new people coming in to find a decent place to settle down without any unnecessary trouble or big words.
