Shri B.R.Memorial Hospital

We've been here on Rahon Road for a while now. Most people know us because we’re right near St. Gds Convent School. It gets busy around here when school lets out, but that’s just how Ludhiana is. The hospital started because there wasn't much else in this part of town back then. We see all sorts of people walking through the doors every day. Some come in for small things, others have more serious stuff going on. It’s a plain building, nothing too fancy to look at, but it does the job. My staff and I spend most of our time just keeping up with the patients. We’ve got some regular faces who stop by just to say hello or check their blood pressure. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic on Rahon Road makes it hard for people to park, but we manage. We just try to help whoever comes in. It’s mostly families from the nearby streets. We don't do big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign when they pass the school. We keep the place clean and make sure there’s someone at the desk to talk to. It’s hard work, and the days can be long, but that is how it goes when you run a hospital in a busy area like this one. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
