If you look for Sharmaa Real Estate, you will find us at 693/1 in Industrial Area B. We are specifically on the 1st Cross in the 2nd Phase. It is a very different environment compared to the residential parts of town. There are a lot of trucks moving around and the sounds of machinery are pretty constant. Our office at 693/1 is right in the middle of it all. We deal with a lot of industrial property stuff, which makes sense given where we are located. The office is practical, mostly just desks and some old shelves filled with files. We spend the day tracking different plots and units in the 2nd Phase. It’s a lot of walking sometimes to go see a site, and the roads can be a bit rough around the industrial area. We get a lot of workers and business owners coming through the door. The spelling of the name has that extra ‘a’ which people sometimes ask about, but it’s just how it is. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything. It’s just a workspace where we handle the real estate needs of the local industrial community. Most of the time, we are just busy with the phone or checking on lease agreements. It gets quite dusty with all the activity outside, so the windows stay shut. It’s a straightforward operation here at the 1st Cross.
