Shahbad Salon For Men

Shahbad Salon for Men is right across from the Post Office in Abdullapur Basti. We are in Ludhiana and this part of town is always buzzing with people. If you are near Abdullapur Basti, you will see our shop pretty easily. It’s a straightforward men’s salon. We don’t do anything complicated here. It’s mostly just haircuts, shaves, and maybe a head massage if someone asks for it. The shop has been here for years. It’s got that old-school feel with the traditional barber chairs and mirrors that have seen better days. We don’t have air conditioning, just some ceiling fans that stay on all day. It’s a place where local men come to talk about the news or sports while waiting for their turn. We don’t do appointments, so you just come in and sit on the wooden bench until a chair opens up. The floor is usually covered in hair during the rush hours, but we try to sweep it up when we get a break. It’s a small operation, just me and a couple of other guys. We use standard razors and scissors. The post office across the street brings a lot of foot traffic our way. We’ve seen the kids in this neighborhood grow up and start bringing their own children here. It’s just a regular local shop doing what it’s always done. No fuss and no fancy prices. We stay open late most nights to catch the workers coming home.
