Our office is located in the B R Ramu Building over on Dayaganal Road. It's number 12 in Sector 38, right in the Urban Estate area. We’ve been set up here for a good while, helping folks with their housing and land needs. It’s a busy part of the estate, so there is always someone coming by. We don’t have a massive staff or a fancy lobby, just a practical space where we can sit down and talk. Most of our day involves checking out local plots or answering questions about the current market in Sector 38. It’s a solid neighborhood and we like being part of it. The B R Ramu Building is a familiar landmark for many people around here. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs a place or wants to sell, they just walk in and we see what we can do. We know the layout of the Urban Estate very well. Sometimes the paperwork takes a bit of time, but that’s just how it goes. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we're some huge corporation. We're just local property dealers who know the streets and the buildings on Dayaganal Road. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the field. It’s a bit of a juggle, but we enjoy the work and the people we meet. It’s just how we make our living here in the estate.
