You can find us at 660/4 in Gurdev Nagar, right off Pakhowal Road. It’s a pretty well-known area. The clinic has been here for a while and we’ve become a part of the daily rhythm of the street. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through the patient files and seeing people for their appointments. It’s not a massive place, so things can feel a bit tight when we have a full schedule. We use computers for a lot of the work, hence the name, but at the end of the day, it’s still about the people sitting in the chairs. We don’t have a big corporate office or a PR team. It’s just the staff here making sure everything runs okay. Pakhowal Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise from outside, but we’re used to it by now. We see people from all walks of life coming in. Some are regulars and some are just passing through. We don’t bother with big promises or fancy mission statements. We just show up, open the clinic, and get to work. The desks are usually covered in papers and the coffee machine is always running. It’s a real workplace. We just try to stay organized and help the people who come to see us in Gurdev Nagar. It’s a simple operation, really. We just take it one day at a time here and do what needs to be done for everyone.
