I've been at Miller Ganj 234 for quite some time now. People around here know the spot. It’s a busy area, lots of traffic outside, but inside we just try to keep things moving. I spend most of my day sitting behind the desk or seeing whoever walks through the door. It’s not a fancy clinic or anything like that, just a place where I do my work. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit crowded especially in the mornings when everyone seems to show up at once. My staff helps out with the paperwork which usually piles up pretty fast. We’ve got the old fans going and the chairs aren't the newest but they do the job. Living and working in this part of town has its moments. The tea stall nearby is where I usually get my midday break. It’s just how it is here. I don't really have a big team, just a few of us making sure things don't get too messy. People come in with all sorts of issues and I do what I can to help them out. It’s been a long road to get here but I like being part of the neighborhood. The address is easy to find if you know the landmark. Most of the day is just routine stuff, checking files and talking to folks. It’s honest work. We don't do anything flashy. It's just about being here day after day.
