Sandeep Batra

My name is Sandeep Batra and I’ve been running my business out of B-Ii-990 in the Civil Lines area of Ludhiana for a good number of years. This part of the city is usually a bit more settled than the main market areas, which I prefer. It gives me a bit of space to focus on the work without too many distractions. The building we are in is nothing out of the ordinary, just a solid brick structure that’s seen a lot of seasons. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It’s just me and the staff getting the daily chores done. Most mornings start with checking the mail and seeing who called. We handle everything in a very direct way. If there’s a problem, we fix it. If someone needs help, we do our best. It’s not about being the biggest or the most famous place in Ludhiana. It’s just about being reliable. Sometimes the winters get really cold and we have to bundle up, but the work doesn't stop. We’ve grown to know the people around here quite well. It’s nice when you can walk down the street and recognize the faces you see every day. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just do the job and go home to our families. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s worked for us so far. No fluff, just Sandeep and his daily tasks.
