Our office, Sahib Property Advisor, is situated at 1057 in the Industrial Area, specifically on 6th Main in Santhrupthe Nagar 7th Phase. We are quite close to the Pardhan Hardev Singh Market, so there is always a lot of activity and noise around us. Being in an industrial zone means we deal with a lot of different types of properties and people. Our space is functional and straightforward, without any of the extra stuff you might see in a big city office. We have our desks, our phones, and a lot of cabinets filled with records from over the years. We spend our days talking to people who are looking for space or trying to sell what they have. It gets quite dusty here with all the trucks and work going on nearby, but we just get on with things. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what is available and what the prices are like around Santhrupthe Nagar. Most of our time is spent making sure the documents are in order because that is the most important part of any deal. It is a lot of work and sometimes we stay late to finish everything up. We know the area like the back of our hands and we’ve been through many market changes. We just focus on doing our jobs and helping the folks who walk through our door near the market.
