Sahib Properties

We are tucked away in Gali No- 3, specifically at Plot No.241/2-A right off Main Ati Road. Sahib Properties has been operating from this little corner for a while. It’s a busy street out there, so once you turn into the gali, it gets a little bit more peaceful. Our office is pretty basic. We have a couple of chairs that have seen better days and a desk that is always covered in land documents and maps of the local area. Working on Main Ati Road means we see a lot of people passing by every day. We know the shopkeepers nearby and we often share news about what is being built or sold. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the local property market. Dealing with land can be tricky with all the rules, so we just take it one step at a time. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit by the door to get some light, but we keep working. It is a very local business. We don't do much advertising because most of our work comes from people just walking in or hearing about us from a friend. We try to keep things simple and avoid any big talk. If someone needs a plot or has a house to sell, we just see what we can do to help them out.
