Saggar Property Dealer

We are located at B-34/7039 on the Ludhiana Subramanyapura Main Road, right near the Kadirenahalli Circle. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always noise and movement outside our door. Saggar Property Dealer is a small shop, but we’ve managed to stay busy because of where we are. People are always stopping by on their way through the circle to ask about prices or what’s available in the area. We have a lot of old maps pinned to the walls and notebooks full of contacts. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. Modern ways like using fancy apps don't really appeal to us; we prefer talking to people face to face. Dealing with property in this part of town requires a lot of patience because the paperwork can be a headache. Often, we spend our time at the local offices or just waiting for people to show up for appointments. The traffic at Kadirenahalli Circle is something we talk about every day. It’s just part of our life here. We’ve seen the main road change a lot over the years, with new shops opening and old ones closing down. We just keep doing our thing, helping folks find a spot that works for them. It’s hard work, but we like the people we meet and the stories they tell us about why they’re moving. We’ve been here for years and hope to stay.
