S S Chauhan Property is located right in Basti Jodhewal. If you are looking for us, we are near Ken Hospital at Gate Number 1. We are also right across from the Sahu Swimming Tank and close to the petrol pump, so it is a very busy spot. We have been working from this location for a long time. Most folks find us because they are already in the area for gas or visiting the hospital. It can be a bit loud and messy with all the cars and people moving around, but that is just how the neighborhood is. We handle a variety of property things, mostly focusing on Basti Jodhewal and the nearby streets. Our office is just a simple room where we keep all our notes and meet people who are searching for a house or maybe a bit of land. We do not have any expensive furniture or decorations. It is just a table, some chairs, and a lot of local knowledge. We spend our days answering the phone and showing people around the different colonies. It is local work and we like it that way. We know all the shortcuts and the different blocks because we have been here for so many years. Sometimes it is hot and the dust from the road comes inside, but we just keep working.
