Roop Beauty Parlour & Training Centre

Roop Beauty Parlour & Training Centre is located out on Chandigarh Road in the Ramagarh part of Ludhiana. It is a busy stretch of road so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the trucks passing by outside. Inside it is a different story though. We have the main area where we do the regular work and then another section for the training centre part. We get a lot of young women coming in who want to learn how to do things properly. It makes the place feel quite energetic because there is always someone practicing something or asking a question. We have been at this 141010 address for a good while and the walls are covered with different charts and some old photos. It is a practical space more than anything else. We have big sinks for washing hair and rows of tables where the students sit. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a full class and regular customers at the same time but we make it work. We keep a stash of towels always being washed and dried in the back. It is just a place where work gets done and skills are passed on to the next group. People from the nearby villages and the edge of the city come here because they know we have been around for years.
