You can find us at Jamalpur Chowk, specifically in the Shree Venktesh area near the Bharat Box Factory. Registery Property is our local business. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. The factory nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us. It’s a working-class kind of area, and we like it that way. Our office is pretty basic. We have what we need to get the job done, but nothing more than that. We spend our days helping people with property registrations and all the confusing paperwork that comes with it. It isn't always exciting, but it’s necessary work. We don't have any polished sales pitches or corporate branding. We just sit down with whoever walks in and see how we can help. The noise from the chowk is pretty constant, but it’s just part of the background now. Most of the people we see are from the neighborhood or nearby industries. We’ve learned a lot about the local property scene just by being here every day. It’s a simple operation run by people who live nearby. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make the property process a bit easier for our neighbors. Some days the paperwork piles up, but we just chip away at it until it’s finished. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to drown out some of the traffic noise.
