Ravindera Property Advisor

We are based at 6 Daba Road, inside the Kuber Park Society. Our spot is on Ved Road, and the best way to find us is to look for the Sabji Mandi nearby. The vegetable market is always loud and full of people, especially in the early mornings, so there’s a lot of energy around our office. Ravindera has been working as a property advisor here for a long time. The office is inside the society, so it’s a bit more tucked away than the shops on the main road. We have a small table and some chairs where we sit and go over paperwork with people. It’s not a polished place. There’s dust from the road sometimes, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s where we do our work. We help people with buying homes or finding a spot for their business in the Ved Road area. Since we are so close to the Mandi, we often get people stopping by after they finish their shopping. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. Someone tells their cousin, and then that cousin comes to see us. It’s a slow and steady way to build a reputation. We just try to be straightforward about what’s available and what’s not. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us on our toes.
