Ramgarhia Dhiman Property

We are located on GT Road, right over by the Gill Road intersection and opposite the ITI College. It’s a very busy part of town, always full of students and trucks moving through. We deal with properties and land, mostly around this side of the city. We’ve been at this for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the roads get wider and the buildings get taller. Our office is a simple one. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and notes pinned up. We talk to a lot of people every day, from students looking for a room to farmers selling a bit of land. Every day is different, which keeps it interesting. We don't follow a strict corporate script or anything like that. We just talk to folks like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. Sometimes we sit outside when the weather is nice, just watching the traffic go by the college. It’s a lot of hard work keeping track of who owns what and who is moving where. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few of us who know the area like the back of our hand. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be done. It’s a living, and we’re happy to be doing it here. It gets a bit dusty with all the road construction but we don't mind much. It is just part of being out on the main road.
